Cancellation Policy

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy GST and other applicable taxes are not included in the fees. Online executive or workshop session fees must be paid in full before the online executive or workshop session. Registrations cancelled 5 or more business days before the start date are refundable. Cancellations less than 5 business days before the online executive session are non-refundable. Cancellations after the cut-off date will receive a credit note for a future workshop or online executive session. Mac Donald Consultancy reserves the right to change any aspect of the program and dates and cancel online executive or workshop sessions. This is if enrolment criteria are unmet or conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each participant if the workshop or online executive session is cancelled. If a workshop or online executive session is not held for any reason. Mac Donald Consultancy's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only. Mac Donald Consultancy is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, postponement, alteration or cancellation of the conference, workshop, online executive session or event due to causes beyond its control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, trade or industrial disputes or hostilities, and accident.
