Cancellation Policy

Terms, Conditions & Cancellation policy GST and other applicable taxes are not included in the fees. Online executive session fees must be paid in full before the online executive session. Registrations cancelled 5 or more business days before the start date are refundable. Cancellations less than 5 business days before the online executive session are non-refundable. Cancellations after the cut-off date will receive a credit note for a future online executive session. Mac Donald Consultancy reserves the right to change any aspect of the program, dates, and cancel online executive sessions. This is if enrolment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each participant if the online executive session is cancelled. If an online executive session is not held for any reason. Mac Donald Consultancy's liability is limited to the refund of the registration fee only.
